Executive Women Gathering is Ireland’s largest bespoke Summit for Female Business Executives. Now in it’s 5th year, the mission of the Gathering is to create a unique opportunity for successful and talented women to gather and connect with likeminded female Executives and Entrepreneurs, whilst hearing from inspirational speakers who will help them take their career and life ambitions to the next stage.

Hi, I am Dearbhaile - Summit Director at Executive Women Gathering 2026.
I’m very excited about our 2026 - it’s going to be the biggest Gathering yet! We are already in the process of assembling a global all star speaker line who are inspiring speakers and high achievers in their own right. Watch this space for speaker announcements!
Over 1300 women, all successful executives from over 350 of Ireland’s leading organisations will be there. It will be a great occasion to meet with like minded women - all of them the top of their game and looking to move their ambitions forward - so the opportunity to expand your personal network is not to be missed.
