This document sets out the terms and conditions between Executive Forum when you purchase a ticket or register for Executive Women Gathering or participate in any survey of Executive Forum. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event or conference organised by Executive Forum or participating in a survey you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.
Executive Forum reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted to this website.
Conference Organiser
Executive Women Gathering is being organised by Sales Institute Limited trading as Executive Forum, a wholly Irish-owned company (Registered Company No. 583123), which is in the business of hosting executive business networking events for senior business leaders, including conferences, summits, lunches, and gatherings, but not exclusively, under the brand name Executive Forum.
Declaration of Consent
I hereby give my consent for Executive Forum to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use to which I have consented.
This information will be used for the purposes of processing Executive Women Gathering ticket sales and compiling delegate lists which may be published on our websites and across any relevant online portals, websites, or platforms, and circulated by email to our email database, which includes all past and current delegates. If you do not wish your name, photograph, country where based and company name to appear on the delegate list please email info@ewg.ie
PURCHASING TICKETS
I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me while purchasing and or registering for tickets for Executive Women Gathering (and sold by Executive Forum). I further give my permission for my user / purchaser details to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide Executive Forum a reasonable time period to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish them to be stored. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
Should you wish your data to be removed you must request Executive Forum to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period. Requests can be emailed to info@ewg.ie or addressed to: The Summit Director, Executive Women Gathering, c/o Executive Forum, 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin 02.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
We currently use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is an online payment processor for internet businesses and is fully GDPR compliant. We have no direct access to your financial details, and all financial data on the website is sent via secure AES-256 encryption.
ONLINE SURVEYS
I hereby give my consent for Executive Forum to store any voluntary information I may provide while participating in an online survey. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
TICKET REGISTRATION
I hereby give my consent for Executive Forum to use for the purposes of processing complimentary or otherwise ticket registration the mandatory data and any voluntary data I provide when registering a complimentary admission ticket. I further give my consent for the voluntary data provided. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
Executive Forum will not sell or share your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.
I hereby give my consent for Executive Forum to store the following types of data as a profile for internal purposes:
Mandatory and voluntary data collected when purchasing tickets
Mandatory and voluntary data collected when registering a complimentary admission ticket as well as the date of the ticket registration.
Voluntary disclosures when participating in online surveys.
To add you and your contact details to our EWG Directory of attendees.
To arrange, administer and send you information about future EWG summits and Executive Institute events.
To process payment of EWG ticket(s)
To administer requests by you before and after each EWG summit.
If I have opted-in to receive email communication about related events I give consent for Executive Forum or subsidiary companies to analyse and use the data for the purpose of targeted advertising communications to me on relevant topics and products in connection with Executive Forum events and promotions.
If I have provided my phone number, I consent to Executive Forum to contact me by SMS in relation to events for which I am purchasing a ticket or registering an expression of interest.
I also give my consent for my data to be updated and supplemented with additional data.
Personal information
EWG will collect and process Personal Data including, where applicable:
Your name.
Your employer, your job title and/or position.
Your contact details, including your address and phone number.
Financial information, including information necessary to make or receive payments to and from you and for the purposes of fraud prevention.
Details of your attendance at EWG summit, photos and your social media profile and posts.
Publicly available information.
Information about your visits to our website(s) such as the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use; your operating system and the date and time you access the website.
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site.
Name and physical shipping, contact and payment addresses.
Tax identification or VAT number (if applicable)
Date of Birth.
*Tickets can only be purchased by people over 18.
LEGITIMATE INTERESTS: We may obtain, collect, and process your Personal Data where we have a legitimate interest to do so part of your engagement with us for future EWG or Executive Institute events.
Future Business Development of EWG summit
To grow future EWG summit numbers.
To improve EWG summit
To share contact information and arrange introductions between EWG delegates (on request)
To provide and process EWG summit satisfaction surveys, policy surveys and referral forms.
To process and communicate with you regarding ticket purchases at future EWG events.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Information we receive from credit reference and fraud detection agencies or other third parties we may use to verify your information. We may ask you to complete surveys for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. Your personal preferences related to events and information that you share with us with your consent via third parties such as Facebook correspondence, testimonials, photos, blogs, writings, customer satisfaction surveys or customer service communications that you may send us.
Right of Access
You have a right to request a copy of any of your personal data held by Executive Forum in accordance with section 4 of the Data Protection Acts subject to certain exceptions. Requests for a copy of your personal data can be emailed to info@ewg.ie or addressed to: The EWG Summit Director, c/o Executive Forum, 13 Adelaide Rd, Dublin 02.
Right of rectification or erasure
If Executive Forum hold incorrect information about you which was originally submitted by you through this website, you have the right to have the data amended. Further, you have the right to have any information you have sent to us via this website erased. To request your right to rectification and/or erasure please send your request to info@ewg.ie or in writing to: The EWG Summit Director, c/o Executive Forum, 13 Adelaide Rd, Dublin 02.
Requests should include:

Changes to this Policy
Executive Forum reserves the right to modify this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent at any time. Any changes will be posted on our home page and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of the changes.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, Executive Forum cannot guarantee its absolute security and cannot accept any liability where the security of your Personal Information is compromised. The security of your personal information is important to us.
Delivery Policy
Tickets are only issued after full payment is received. Once a successful purchase transaction has taken place, confirmation of ticket purchase is delivered in electronic soft copy via email to the email address nominated by the purchaser. For all ticket types it will be necessary to complete required information – such as attendee name – before the tickets can be issued. The ticket acts as a receipt for the transaction. An electronic or hard-copy ticket is required to gain entry to the event.
Irish law governs these terms and conditions, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you can’t attend we will give you a refund in advance. Just let us know up to the day before the Summit takes place.
Force Majeure
It is possible that the Event and/or some of the Services may not be available at any given time due to (a) power or server outages or issues (b) update or maintenance periods (c) as a result of a war, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; (d) epidemic or pandemic; (e) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (f) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; (g) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority; (h) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; (i) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts; (j) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors; (k) interruption or failure of utility service and/or (l) electronic or communications failure. We will take reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of interruption to the Services or Online Event.
Photography, audio, and video recording
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is prohibited.
Your attendance at our events
Registering your interest to attend does not guarantee you a ticket or a reserved ticket. Tickets are only issues after payment in full has been received. You are responsible for advising us at the time of making your booking regarding any special access requirements you require.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (“IP”) in and to our Events, the Event content, the Services and all materials distributed at or in connection with all of our Events are owned by us, our related companies, and/or the Event sponsors or speakers participating in our Events. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works from or use (except as authorised and in accordance with these Terms) our Events or the Services for any reason.
Nothing in these Terms shall vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any IP owned or used under licence by us or our related companies or grant to you any right or licence to any other IP of us or our related companies. All such IP shall remain the exclusive property of us and our related companies.
It is forbidden for any company, organisation, or person to attempt to host or organise any event in conjunction with, contiguous to or purporting to be related to our Events or its affiliates without the express prior permission and cooperation of us. We reserve their right to take such action (legal or otherwise), including a claim for damages as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate in the circumstances.
Tickets and pricing
You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees for this event on the ticket page. Ticket prices for the Event are correct at the time of publication.
We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.
Tickets are only guaranteed, reserved and issued after full payment has been received.
Discounts
We are not obligated to offer any discounts for our Events and reserve the right to change or withdraw a discount offer at any time in our sole discretion.
Ticket name changes
Ticket name changes can be facilitated by contacting info@ewg.ie or dearbhaile@executiveforum.ie.
No reselling
The tickets you purchase are for your own personal use and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition.
Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain access to the Event. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or ticket broker.
Age limitation
You must be 18 years of age to use the Services.

Event Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
Executive Forum is not responsible for any loss or damage because of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Executive Forum shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Please note, Executive Forum, cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service.
Changes to or cancellation of the Event
We try to make sure that the Executive Women Gathering speakers, topics, platform, format, and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing, platform, or dates of the Event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.
We will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Website.
